Tips Please? :)

Ok so i had a baby a year and a half ago. I still have around 8 lbs of baby weight i just never get around to losing. This is my first whole week of exercise & eating smaller (but enough) portions of food. My 21st bday is coming up this April and i really wanna look good for then. Is 8 lbs a reasonable amount to lose by then? And also how do i stay motivated??? Thanks for any tips in advance :)

    depends on where you are starting from, how much water/salt you are retaining before you start, what is your ratio of muscle to fat etc. You might reframe your goal into how many inches to lose overall, or make a piece of clothing that is tight now be comfortable then, instead of just considering pounds.

    Definitely doable! Just set your mind to it. Use mfp to be accountable for calories in and out!
