HI.. I am new here... 28 years old, 5'6", 188 pounds and not happy about it... I have PCOS (which is the major cause for most of this) and my weight always goes to my mid section and the lower part of my face.. I have a 10 month old daughter who I had to fight to have.. after infertility treatments, I conceived her in 2011 and she was born March 2012. Now that my child bearing is out of the way, I have GOT to get healthy. I am interested in juicing and the documentary "Fat, Sick and Nearly dead" is my driving motivation right now. I am currently still debating what juicer to get so I am making smoothies with my blender.

I am open to making friends and getting lots of inspiration from those of you who are in the same struggle and those who can offer advice and support. In the past, I have lost motivation as far as exercising so quickly and eating well also. My fitness pal has become an addiction in the past few days I have used it, and I think this could be a good thing for me because I am very concerned about what I am putting into my body and if it will help me lose weight.
