Cottage Cheese - Can I eat too much

I love, love, love cottage cheese. I love the way it tastes and it is very easy.

Under the theory that too much of anything isn't good for you, I've limited myself to one 3.5 serving container per day, 315 calories. I typically eat it for lunch with a bell pepper.

Next week, I plan on eating a 2nd container with grape tomatoes as a post workout meal. I will also have a protein powder/almond milk/berry smoothie for breakfast, a cliff bar pre-workout and will snack on broccoli.

I will be under calorie goal, meeting my macro goals and will stay under 2,500 mg of sodium...and over 4,500 on potassium.

But is 7 servings of cottage cheese a day, 6 to 7 days a week, too much of a good thing?

If it fits your macros, go for it.

Don't worry at all about sodium. Does, well, n my experience - absolutely nothing, really.

Thanks. I actually really don't worry about sodium. I made the comment because so many people do worry about it.
