It's been a concern of mine, not a big one, but as I keep dropping weight it is in the back of my mind. How long has it taken you for your skin to adjust to your fat loss?

Depends on age. The younger you are,, the more elastic your skin like a baby's bottom. The older you are, the less elastic your skin like a 70 year old man. You lose skin elasticity every year after the age of 30. It can take a woman who just gave birth 2 years for her skin to adhere back to her body. As far as I am aware, there is no fountain of youth but there is a relationship between HGH proteins and skin elasticity. You can increase your HGH proteins in two ways. First is by exercising, particularly Hiit workouts but not endurance. Second is by fasting.0
