Hi I just figured my TDEE and it seems too high at 3400. I split it 8 - 8 - 8 because I sleep for 8, work for 8, and sit around for like 8. Is this accurate? I don't exercise because work takes too much out of me...I walk, lift, walk, lift, rinse and repeat. That's all I do for 8 hours, there is absolutely no sitting or stopping except for a 1 hour break (so I'm technically at work for 9 hours.)
Everyone says their TDEE is like 2200 and stuff....
