    I tried the shirataki noodles once - That's all it took for me.
    Both my husband and I thought they were nasty!!! Had a funny odor and texture.

    I'll eat regualr pasta in moderation. :)

    i take a zucchini and i use a veggie peeler and get rid of the skin then make strips with the peeler until i reach the core of seeds and i eat that with some tomato sauce and shrimp or chicken... granted it isnt a pasta but full of vitamins and u cant tell ur eating veggies (i love veggies but i have tricked my 4yr old many a times with this! :-)) its also good with hot sausage (i use turkey)
