I've worked myself off of Tim Hortons extra large french vanilla cappuccinos and iced coffees (since I learned the fat/calorie counts...I honestly cant bring myself to drink them...but I miss them!)

I thought I'd found an alternative in the Dunkin Donuts lite latte..its skim milk so I'm thinking it must be better right? . I get it plain (no mocha or anything) with a splenda and skim milk. But I'm confused... I'm a coffee lover but not too educated on the "fancy" drinks. Would like to have the occassional one of these as a treat but I looked up the nutritional info on their site and its 160 calories for the large. What is that coming from? I know skim milk has 90 calories per cup but that would mean that they put 1.75 cups of steamed skim milk in there? Is that right?? Almost two cups of milk in there?? There doesnt seem to be room in the cup for that.

Does anyone out there know if you can order it double espresso half the milk?? Does that even work?

Check Dunkin Donuts website. They have the nutritional info for everything they sell. I believe the iced coffee with skim milk and Splenda is the best thing you can drink there.
