last year i lost almost two stone and put it back on but the first stone i lost i could tell straight away .... iv now lost another stone but i cant tell at all this time :(

    You lost a stone and your clothes don't fit any differently? Or do you mean you are using a measuring tape correctly and nothing has changed?

    im still in same size clothes i can see my bellys gone down slightly but thats all

    last time i lost i could tell moslty on my legs but are still the same :S strange
