Protein on your day off?

Is it okay to drink your protein shake on your day off of working out? Or will it backfire on you, turning into fat and not repair the muscle?

    Eat more carbs than protein on weights day asyou need energy to work out. A protein shake immediatley after the gym will aid any muscle repair after workout.
    On your day off your muscles are in repair mode so up the protein in this day. :smile:
