Hi
I have re-started on MFP and am in need of all the support and motivation going! Please feel free to add me and I will do my best to be a good buddy in return.

I know I got the best results when I was fairly active on this site so I am hoping to get some good habits back x

    Get that control BACK! if you need support add me up, I have a no none-sense attitude so if you're ready for it I'll bring you up and we'll kick it to high gear.
