ok so since Feb 1st I've worked out almost every single day (only missed 2 days) I ate good, did really good and this morning I weigh myself and I weigh more, so I measure myself and the numbers are still all the exact same I thought for sure I'd see a small difference after 2 weeks anyone know what's going on with me?? is this normal?

Right there with you. We just have to hang on. trust the process. Be honest about what we are eating and how we are exercising. Be very consistant, time and persistance will show us results. I know how frustrating this is but giving up is not the answer. good luck!0

Oh and ive been at this for some time - trust me - two weeks is a drop in the ocean!0

At this point the emphasis should be on following the process - the results will come.
If after 4-6 weeks you have not lost, maybe fine tune a few things.
According to most sources, weight loss is not a linear process.
Good luck.0 -
Are you drinking lots of water? If you are new to exericse your muscles could be hanging onto extra water.0
