Hi all ^^
well i've that problem ,that i always do a diet and I do lose lots of weight then as soon as i stop it ,i gain the weight again
that was exactly 1 year ago ..i was 176 lb and after a hard diet (without exercise) became 143 lb in 4 months or tho
ik that 143 lb ud say that still much but i liked it i looked in shape n was ok with it
so I stopped diet and now im back to where i started
im 176 lb again ...:(
so
1st id like to ask ne of u knows why that happened? I really gain n lose weight fast
2nd ne of u want a competition that motivate both of us?
like chatin wz eachother everyday about how our diet goin on and how much workout we did
wat we ate n how much we weight after that ,bla bla ?? (:

It sounds like after you lose the weight, you go back to eating the way you do before you lost the weight. What you need to do is make lifestyle changes instead of going on a diet. These changes need to stay with you even after you lose the weight. If not, then you will just gain it back. You need to figure out how many calories you need to maintain your weight and keep it steady.0
