100% Juice vs. Light

Hey guys!
I have been drinking grapefruit juice with breakfast in the mornings. I have been drinking the 100% juice for 110 calories. I hate spending that much on a beverage so I bought a Light version at the store yesterday. This is only 50 calories but realized when I got home that it is also only 50% juice.
What do you guys recommend? Suck it up and spend the calories on the real thing or stick with the light version for less calories?
Thanks!
Lauren

Buy the real juice. Add water yourself. Honestly. This is what I do. It also helps minimize the blood sugar spike you get from so much juice all at once.
Better yet, eat the grapefruit, if you can. It's cheaper than store-bought juice, probably.0 -
Why not just buy grapefruit and squeeze your own with a hand held reamer, takes less than minute.0
