So I found this website:http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/body-fat-chart.php and it provides a way to calculate body fat %, by plugging gender, height, weight, waist, hip, wrist and forearm measurements. On the link I provided it tells you how to calculate lbs of fat and lean body mass in lbs. Then you can figure out what your weight loss goals should be based on desired body fat %. Does this seem like a good formula to use?? I don't know whether this is reliable or more crap....thanks!

I also understand it would still be an estimate just want to know if the formula seems as close to accurate without actually getting measured.0

All the formulas are wrong unfortunately. Simply to be used as guides.
Maybe try a few other too then average it?!0 -
Use fat2fitradio.com/tools0

Thanks! I've been "refocused" for about a month and haven't seen the results I was going for so I am reevaluting my methods to find something effective.0

All online calculators are just estimates and using a tape measure is less accurate than calipers. However, the information I got from the calculators here is relatively inline with what I have found out from having my BF% checked. I would say that this website is a pretty good tool.0
