NSV despite hard-core snack attack at 3 a.m.

I randomly woke up today around 3 a.m. and went out of control on food: I devoured 2 whole grain blueberry waffles, a bowl of kashi go lean cereal, peanut butter, 2-3 servings of canned fruit, and some whole wheat pita bread. Granted, these are all healthy foods but you must admit: the body does not need ALL those carbs at 3 a.m. Especially considering I wasn't hungry.

My NSV: Today I pulled on some skinny jeans (well, skinny corduroys). I thought i would be bloated from that "binge" but in fact, the pants are somewhat looser on me than normal and I have to wear a belt! ^_^
