Bummed out today.

Well, today was my weigh in. weight went up 8oz. saw this 194 again and it made feel bad. I know it seems like a little weight gained back but I find it hard to do this alone. Does anyone have an exercise buddy (live). I will also admit to having my dinner later then usual last ight. Can this effect your weight? Thanks for listening...     We have all been there. 8 oz though could be ANYTHING! It could be the late dinner, water weight, anything. It is probably not actual fat gain, especially if you have stayed on task. But even IF it is....DO NOT GIVE UP! Look how far you have come! There will always be set backs in life, we are judged by how we handle them! Focus less on that number and more on what is right with you and your life! Hang in there!

    Don't be so tough on yourself. There could be a million reasons why this happened. Use this as motivation to kick butt until your next weigh-in. I am not sure how often you are weighing in but I found that if I did it too often I would get frustrated so I just do it a couple of times a week now with my "official" weigh in is on Thursday morning. That is as often as I update it here.

    I should note that I have lost three pounds since joining MFP last week but I have been dieting and working out since the first of the year and so far I am down 17 pounds total since the first of the year.
