time to get back on the wagon, i fell off and gained three lbs, but no discouragment here, april 1 new day, new month. i can do this. my goal this month is to get under 150, i have been having a hard time just getting back under 150, so that is the goal for the month. my workouts are jilliam michael, (burn fat boost meta.), running, and throw some yoga, try to workout 5 days but if i can do atleast 4 at 45 minutes a day. and well eat right, i normally do but this week has been a little crazy, with baseball season, we tend to eat out alot, but no more messing around, withmy sickness i should be watching what i eat. so wish me luck.
