1.) man this topic could have been asked less offensively. O_o
2.) Is it physically possible to drink too much water and have water toxicity? Yes. Likely? Probably not.

As long as you keep your electrolyte up it shouldn't be a problem. I drink about 8 liters a day (32 cups), more if I decide to do cardio.0

I drink around 10 cups of water a day, more if I have a particularly intense cardio workout.
I thought this was the guideline amount, am I mistaken? I can definitely up this if necessary but I thought I was following the correct guidelines here in terms of a healthy amount?0 -
You can die from consuming too much water... it imbalances your electrolytes.
However, in order to do that you would have to be drinking a LOT of water... I believe it is about a litre every twenty mins... i could be wrong on the time frame.0 -

I have children with special needs and I find the title of this post incredibly rude and offensive. You asked a very good question, but you absolutely should have done so in a different way. In the future, please be considerate of others when selecting the title of your posts.0

I appologize if I offended you. I did not mean it that way. It is a very bad saying and I regret saying it. Thank you for bringing it my attention. If you know how to change the topic let me know and I will.0

No worries. I'm not sure how to change the title of a post without reporting it. I think you've asked a very good question, so I don't see the value in reporting your post, as mods will most likely just delete it. I, too, need the occasional reminder that people from all walks of life and experiences access this site. Stuff happens. We learn from it, and move on!0
