Hello everyone, just coming to the end of my first week on here and its been ok. Last week I tried working out calories myself and di manage to lose 3lb but hoped for more (I know I know!!). I am getting married 20th Jan 2014 and need to lose about 7 stone to go from a size 20 to a size 14. I have got a pedometer and use it in conjunction witht the Carol Vorderman fitness game for the Nintendo DS. I am currently on 4700 steps a day and am going for a daily walk lunchtime and then "topping up" my steps on the treadmill in the evening.
Anyone, enough blabbering on!!! I would welcome any friends or support as I realise I have a big (7 stone) task on my hands!!

Remember key is diet...
For the time being if your total calories you consume is less than your daily work/exercise expenditure then your in good stead and this routine alone should get you pretty much all the way through your weight loss goal!0 -
I wrote this like a month ago- all my best advice for newbies.
