I've started to gain weight after losing

I've lost a over 130 lbs so far. My goal is 130. This morning, I weighed in at 146.
For the last two weeks, I've gained a pound each week. I haven't changed what I'm eating. My exercise has changed a bit because of pool maintenance at the gym has cut out my swimming time. However, I replaced my swim workouts with spin classes.
I use fitness pal religously and it says I should be losing weight.
I'm baffled.

When you start a new exercise program you gain water weight because your body is trying to repair itself so stick with it until you can get back to your swimming0

Yep and in terms of actually gaining a pound you would need to be eating 3500 extra calories a week on top of your weekly TDEE to do so.0

The pool reopens tomorrow. I'll be swimming my heart out.0
