Almost every Friday people at my work order a ton of pizza. Its killing me lol I can never just have one piece its like my kryptonite. I am going to do my best to ignore it today. Do any of you have a similar problem at your work? How do you handle it?

Thank goodness, not that often. Just say no and bring your own healthy food :flowerforyou:0

Imagine what that pizza grease would feel like running down your chin and giving you terrible acne.0

Now that you recognize your weakness you can turn it around and make it work for you.
So, Pizza is on Fridays? Plan out your day Thursday night.
Stand by your choices - if you know that you can't have just 1 piece, pre-log two, but also eat a salad or a bowl of soup, or some fruit and veggies with the first piece. Know that you can go back for more.

FORTUNATELY... I have a buddy at work who is a healthy eater too. He doesnt count calories like me but he avoids junk food and unhealthy choices. SO... whenever there is food catered in (1-2 times a week) we both bring in our own meals and eat together so we dont feel like outcasts... OR we will share a portion of the yummy food to calm the craving and then its not so bad. Moderation is the key. Theres nothing wrong with one slice of pizza0

One slice of pizza and a large salad (with mostly red wine vinegar) keeps me satisfied ......
Also, one of my friends always blots the grease off her pizza ......
Best of luck to ya !0 -
I work at panera bread....pastries, sandwiches, paninis, cookies, smoothies, frozen coffee drinks, etc. I just order a salad or take a healthy meal and talk myself out of cheating. I say things like, "only three more hours, I am stronger than this" or "just think of how amazing you will look in your wedding dress"....and drink looooots of water!0

When it comes to pizza, I make a homemade one which is way healthier and that way I can justify it.
Unfortunately my weakness is chocolate, and of course with Valentine's Day I was surrounded by it, but I never ate a piece.
My mantra is 'is it worth it!' I know that I have worked my *kitten* of to get this far so do I really want to 'have' to work out in retribution for eating something.0
