I want ideas! and I thought this may be kinda interesting lol..

Let's see.. the 4 artist's I cannot live without on my MP3 would have to be:

~Outkast (especially "hey ya")
~Mariah Carey (especially "touch my body" and really any)
~No Doubt (any.. I just think about Gwen stephani's abs and I wanna work it out!)
~Slightly Stoopid (gotta have the reggae island feel)

What gets your blood pumping??

I personally find Techno to be great for work outs. My spin class instructor plays all techno and it really gets you pumping.

    Try Benni Bennasi

Also, I know it sounds juvenille but how do you feel about Britny Spears? Don't laugh :) Her music has a lot of BPM (her dance stuff)

I have a little bit of everything on my MP3. Rock, Rap, Hip Hop, Techno. If I would dance to it, it is on there.

Linkin Park and TOOL...if I am doing cardio machines...I hate them (cardio machines) so much it makes me angry that I even need to exercise!

But if I am roller skating or dancing then Lady Gaga, Pink, and other poppy stuff. I am very random and it depends on my mood that day...I just go through the Zune and pick stuff...
