It's really impossible to say without seeing your diary or knowing more about your routine.

Agreed. Also, if you have only been at this for 2 weeks, you really shouldn't be trying to change things up by eating more or eating less. When did you even have time to see if your original plan worked?

Take a deep breath, stop obsessively weighing yourself, and stick to one plan for at least a month. Input your info into MFP, eat that many calories, give it a month, then see where you are and reassess if necessary.

You've been watching what you eat...what does that mean? Are you actually at a caloric deficit? Do you weigh and measure your foods? Do you consistently log? Do you allow calorie creep to happen? Has the scale truly not moved or have you lost anywhere from .5-2 Lbs in that time?

Also, two weeks is pretty difficult to see actual weight loss if you're doing it right...which means you're doing it slow. I can fluctuate a good 2-3 Lbs and up to 5 Lbs day to day with natural body weight fluctuations...I have a 1 Lb per week goal...obviously, 1 or 2 Lbs would be difficult to see in a couple of weeks given that I can fluctuate that much and more day to day. Weight loss isn't linear.
