Hiatal hernia/gastritis diet, anyone?

Hi there...
After suffering for months, I was finally diagnosed with a hiatal hernia/GERD, and a bit of stomach inflamation. So far, I know what foods to stay away from and what to gear towards, but I have yet to find a "sample" diet anywhere online. I'd love to look at some food diaries of other with these stomach issues!!
