i just went on the internet to try to figure out how many milliliters are in an ounce well apparently in 32oz there are 950 ml and we are supposed to drink 32oz of water every day right? well apparently my waterbottle that i refill 4-5 times a day is 590ml so that means i have been drinking 2360-2950ml a day .... correct me if im wrong but thats like 3 times what im supposed to be drinking ... no wonder i have been peeing like a mad woman.... why didnt someone tell me:laugh:

I think the recommended daily water intake is 8-8 oz glasses per day, which would equate to 64 ounces or 1920 ml.0

did you just start to drink like that cause sometimes if your body isn't used to the massive water it will get rid of it quicker like your doing.0
