Homemade Protein Bars:
2 scoops whey protein flavor of your choice (i prefer Pure Protein's chocolate)
1 cup light soy milk
4 egg whites
2 cups oatmeal
1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 banana's
Blend the oatmeal in a food processor. Mix together the oatmeal blend, whey protein, and cinnamon. Add the egg whites, milk, and mashed banana's. Mix thoroughly. Bake for 15-20 minutes in 9X9 pan at 350 degrees. Cut into 6 pieces.
Each serving has 167 calories; 20 carbs; 2 grams of fat; and 15 grams of protein!
