So last night I ate more

Granted it was rice but I ate a bit more and boy did my stomach NOT like it. It was nauseous all to hell but ya know what I stuck through it. I just laid down and let my stomach digest it, didn't get sick.

Tonight I'll stick with around 900-1000 calories for a bit before increasing more, what people don't understand is you just can't go from 500-700 to 1,200 a day. Its gonna make ya get sick.
