Fitbit question!

Hey guys!! I've been using a FitBit One for the last 2 weeks. I'm pretty sure that I love it! I'm just wondering, those of you that use it, do you think it's really accurate with the calories it says you're burning throughout the day? Of course, I do sync it with MFP and make sure I log in the exact times I'm working out, so I don't double up on cals burned during runs and such. Thoughts?! I think I get confused bc it always starts my morning out at like 300-500 Cals burned. Do you seriously burn that off in a 7 hour time of sleeping?? I don't want to sound like a dummy, but I was just wondering how accurate people think it is! Happy Friday everyone!
