I'm pretty new here and would love some friends. I started about 2 weeks ago and have already lost 6 lbs. That seems like too much. I've been doing a lot of reading about calorie intake today. I changed my lifestyle from sedentary to lightly active and that increased my daily calorie goal by 90. I have an eliptical and aerobic rider at home and have been trying to do 30mins/ 5 days a week between the two.

I'm from L.A. My goal is just to get within the "healthy" weight range. I'm 5ft 6in and currently weigh 160.4.

    I was curious.....on the calorie intake...when you started, did you have a headache all the time? I'm thinking mine is from all of a sudden drastically lessening the coca colas! lol

    Hi, I started last July, upped my exercise by walking and began thinking about what I eat.
    I'm down from 233lbs to 191. I'm still working on losing another 7 to 8 lbs but am reasonably happy.

    It's been hard, and I've got depressed at the unfairness of it all, but it's been worth it.

    No, no headache. I bet you're right though about the Coke. It sounds like you're having headaches from lack of caffeine.
