My name is Meghan and I saw this forum and thought it would be a good thing to do. I'm a 18 year old freshman in college and I have actually lost weight before but since going to college managed to gain some of it back due to unhealthy eating habits and not going to the gym. My boyfriend and I try to go the gym but if we don't then we do workouts here at home (30 Day Shred). My goal weight is to be 130 pounds. I'm looking for new friends as I believe that would be a wonderful thing to accomplish!
