    I go through phases... right now it's Kale. Before it was brussels sprouts. I cannot buy Dates anymore because I eat the whole container and while they're fine in moderation... you know...

    Oh man, how did I leave off garbanzo beans? I can sauté up an entire batch of them as a meal.... a meal I enjoy alone, of course :laugh:

    I make a fresh guacamole/pico de gallo - chopped tomatoes, tons of cilantro, onion, jalapeno, lime juice, and avocado. Super healthy, right? Yeah, but I can (and have) eaten it by the bowlful. And not like, dessert bowlful - like MIXING BOWLful.

    Also yogurt. Apples and almond butter. Salmon sashimi.

    Funny, but its brussel sprouts for me lol. Steamed, boiled, fried, baked... I buy the little ones so I can just keep eating them without them adding up so fast.

    Pineapple and mango...I buy pineapple from Costco and can eat the whole container by myself in three days!

    Brussels sprouts and Humus!!! I could seriously eat sprouts by the pound, and as far as humus goes I usually by a family size one when I get paid so I don't run out until my next pay day, haha.

    Most fruit, but especially watermelon and grapes. Especially muscadine grapes. I can eat a whole package of those in one sitting.

    Red peppers-love them in my salad

    I'm allergic to most common fruits :cry: otherwise I would always have a banana, cantaloupe or orange in my hand.

    I LOVE green beans in butter and garlic!

    Any fruit, especially strawberries, watermelon, bananas or frozen blueberries. And raw sugar snap peas. Once I start eating those I just can't stop.

    almond butter.
    vegetarian chinese food.
    steamed kabocha pumpkin (I could eat the whole pumpkin and its not 30 kcals like american websites claim, it is 80 kcals a cup)
    sweet potatoes. (I can eat 2 big ones).
    frozen banana ice cream (I can eat like 4 bananas).
    dark chocolate.

    pretty much I gained most of my weight on health foods...just being over indulgent.
