    You look great and you have a beautiful family. Losing weight and getting healthy is so much easier when you have such a supportive spouse right there by your side.

    My husband is only about 20 pounds overweight but for the past 2 months he has been cycling with me and is working on running with me. He pushes me and I push him, fantastic teamwork. I love it. We are more active with our children too!

    Awesome transformation! I started P90X last week and have had to modify so much, I sometimes wonder if it's really doing me any good at all. I guess at least I'm not on the couch! Your post gives me hope!
