I have been here for quite a while, but hadn't really utilized the friendship portion of this website until now, and it truly makes a difference to have people cheering you on!

I am definitely the kind of friend who tries to motivate and lift up my friends... I'm looking for more of the same :)

    I added you - Feel free to add me anyone else. I have been doing My fitness pal for about a month and a half I have lost a total of 12 lbs since I started my weightless journey. I have been doing Jillians Shred I am almost finished. I have two days left of level 3. I also am going to the gym 4-5 days a week. Just trying to make this a complete lifestyle change. My kids are both very active as is my husband. I am ready to join in
