Hi all I am new here! I am having a very hard time motivating myself to exercise and eat healthy. I have a1yr old daughter and husband that I love dearly and I need to love myself as well. So my goal is to lose enought weight to love myself and to be able to give my family the love that they deserve. I am a stressed eatter, and I am making so many excuses to not exercise. Like I am tired after work, I don't have time to exercise at 4am due to it is too dark outside, I can't take my daughter cause I don't have a jogging stroller. Or I feel bad leaving her with my husband and or I feel guility that I am not spending enough time with him.

loving yourself is so important. you have to be willing to go through some hard stuff to get to that point. don't let excuses hold you back any more. you deserve to be the best version of yourself possible...0
