I EAT MY DESSERT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY

I love Frozen Yogurt. But I got the idea to eat it in the middle of the day instead of the evening (I don't eat it all the time). That way I still have my workout and the rest of the day to burn those calories.

    Whatever works for you. Food timing is irrelevant, though.

    As long as you workout, it doesn't matter when you eat the calories that will be eventually burned. All will balance out at the end.

    I think so. Because in the middle of the day you have more time to be moving around and burns those cals. You wouldn't eat steak and mashed potatoes at midnight, then lay down and go to sleep.
