Hi
Am thinking of doing this to help me keep going and loose last 10 kgs just need more accountability and change up. Wondering for those who have done it what is the exercise plans like r they good, things can do at gym. Also what is food lie is it simple a nod fairly easy and stuff my partner would eat... Just want more of an idea on how a week would look to see if worth it.

for more info you would be better off asking on the facebook page. Personally I don't like that it's low calorie. I am eating at a deficit , but around 1800 , not the 1200 she sets for women. I am losing at this weight. Plus side though if your eating a low cal diet the food is atleast tasty. People not on the diet normally have to bulk it up. So it seems better than other diets out there. She does do good work out programs. I have started incorperating her crunch time dvds on days I can't walk. I just do the cardio kicker right now. People seem to like what exercises she sets them. I haven't done it, but know someone who has, at it seems hard to follow on with , without learning about nutriction on the way. I hope that helps.0
