Newbie JUDDDer!

Hi everyone.

Joined mfp to count my cals while JUDDDing. Im 25 and have alot of things going wrong with me. I have a dairy and meat intolerance, it only affects me in its rawer forms. I can have things with small amounts of dairy in them but I cant have things like milk, cheese, eggs, steak but can have chocolate, cheese sauce mix, bread ect. So over the next 8 weeks I will be phasing these out slowly.

I have Pcos so im trying to lose weight to try for a baby too. I know I should be reducing carbs but as I cant have meay and dairy there are only so many things im willing to cut out! Haha! I would be left with much otherwise ;)

Would love some support and the more the merrier right! So feel free to add away!
