I'm Lacie. I've struggled with weight and self-esteem almost my entire life. I've lost a bit of weight (around 100 lbs in fact) but at least some of that is due to muscular degenerative disease which makes exercising particularly challenging. I want to get down to a slender 115 so that my weak muscles can build back up. It is hard for the muscles to really work when I'm overwhelmed but all the extra weight.
Anyway, I got off track around the middle of 2012. I got down to my lowest of 171, but ended up regaining and got back up to 196 by the New Year. Since then, I've managed to lose 13 pounds again, so now I'm a 183.
