    Yes and it was such a great idea and they worked great and I didn't have to eat at a deficit (said no intelligent person ever).

    You don't need it. If you do what it says on their website, WITHOUT taking that over priced snake oil, you will lose weight. Which is, namely, eating a healthy diet at a calorie deficit and exercising.
