Accurate calorie/heart rate monitor with wrist strap?

Is there such a thing? I can't seem to find anything - any suggestions?

I like mine, it's a Scoshe brand (can be purchased all over, apple stores to amazon). It's actually worn on the forearm and comes with three different strap sizes to fit pretty much anyone). Mine is a MyTrek from last year, but they have additional models (these will link to MFP, which is handy!)
