NSV for me- Walked into a store to return some stuff and looked around for something else. Saw some cute skinny trousers but they only went to size 18. I thought, "what the hell, try them on". OMG- they FIT! I started at a 22/24 so that's 3.5 sizes down! So happy and could see a difference in my body in the dressing room. Plus, my husband told me yesterday I had the butt of a 20 year old. Ha! Not true, but it looks a lot better than it did. Before/ Afters pics of stage 1 New Rules of Lifting coming soon.
