10lbs and NO motivation???

I need a Big push and would love to help "push" someone else. Anyone else almost there?.... and because of that tends to let the calories slide, Or just cant push themselves to the gym. (or running biking jogging...whatever exercise). I am small enough to get by but not healthy as I need or want to be. It may not sound like a big deal but it really is. I am afraid I am going to let it go too long. Anyone else struggling with this?
