Family fish fry - calorie count help?

I'm trying to figure how many calories will be in a piece of fish... I already know I'm going to blow my 1200 out of the water but I'd still like to get an accurate count so I can consider this a cycling day. Fish will be prepared as follows:
4 oz pan fish filet (bluegill, sunfish) no skin
dipped in egg, cornmeal
deep fried in peanut oil
I'm not sure how many calories to add for the deep frying, or the cornmeal. I assume coating a piece of fish would be about a tablespoon? I came up with about 400 cals per 4 oz filet
If anyone more experienced in figuring calories could give me a best guess please? Just want to keep things as accurate as possible.
