Last year I has a moment I'll probably never forget. I was in the fitting room at Target, and I had hit a goal where I finally fit into a size 12 jeans (started at an 18) . I sat in the room and cried for a solid 15 minutes. Today I was in a Target fitting room again, irritated because I need new pants and the 4 was a little too tight but the 6 fit just loose enough where I knew I'd need new pants all over again two weeks from now. That moment just kind of came rushing back to me in the midst of my irritation, and there I was crying like a baby again LOL.

Just goes to show that it IS possible and attainable, those goals that seemed so daunting then really weren't, and I've come so far. Everyone take some time to recognize your progress today, whether it be 5lbs or 100lbs. We all start somewhere, but the rewards never stop!

That is awesome, I hear a happy cry is very relieving.

I did a Irish jig when I went shopping for a 36 and picked a 34 by mistake and it fit easily.

Way to go on your NSV! Target must be worried they aren't helping you enough because when you visit you end up in tears, just kidding :) I shed about 34lbs and wish I had kept all those clothes that "shrunk" when I was bigger, but I'm happy to still have clothes I fit back when I was thinner, that are now a little baggy. Congrats again, it's amazing how emotional something like this can be!
