WHY am I not losing weight???? HELP!!

Hi,

I have been on MFP for 6 weeks now and have stuck to it WITHOUT FAIL! My total cals for the week are always ON the line to lose 2lbs a week, I have been doing 30 day shred 6 times a week for 2.5 weeks along with long walks here and there. I weigh EVERYTHING I eat and record it. I have lost 10lbs but havent lost anything for 2 weeks now. I do feel a lot fitter but call me mad I just get SO frustrated when the scale doesn't move!

Anyone got any tips or advice? Alot of people on here seem to have it sussed!

    How is your sodium intake? Could be water retention.
  • I havent lost a pound for 3 weeks but have lost an inch and half round my waist! Use measurments too as muscle weighs as much as fat!

    You will then see results!

    Did this just two weeks ago, maintained but then i lost 3.5lb the following week and im definitely not as strict on myself as you are.
    Forget the scales, stick to measurements and love your new found fitness :)<3 Your doing amazing
