Paleo weight loss stall. Need help please!!

Hi I am 37 years old 5' tall and weigh 125 lbs. my goal is 110-115. I lost 7 lbs since starting paleo but not losi g anymore and in fact gaining. Can someone please look at my diary and tell me what the deal is. I work out 5-6 times a week with lifting weights 3 days ( full body) and I do spinning 2-3 times and running/ power walki g the other days. I am beyond frustrated. I feel like I should hve lost a ton more weight by now. I've been paleo since January 1 this year.

    Hi there!

    Have you figured out your TDEE minus 10-20%? It just seems even though you are short, that 1300 way too low for the amount of workouts your do. I see you eat back exercise cals, which is good but eating at too low cals will make you stall out.

    Search the forums for the "in place of a road map" group and "Spreadsheet" to to do really good calculations based on body fat, measurements, activities etc., etc. You must download the spreadsheet, save a copy, then you can fill in all your info in the yellow boxes. It'll calculate based on some of the more modern formulas. It really worked for me!
