My knees didn't like these......I tried the standing up variety & after 10 my knees were grinding. I hit 40 & my knee popped & started aching. I will not be completng this challenge. :sad:I'll give this one a try.......0 -

I'm pretty sure this rule excludes the stomach muscles. Abs are the only muscle group you can work every day.Cool! i am in..I do about 100 every other day. Want to mention that working the same muscle group the following day won't stimulate muscle repair and growth. I might just do all 300 today!
