Hi guys n gals my name is Kristy and I have made my NYE Resolution to loose weight and get fit.
I'm loving all the gym work and my PT is amazing, I love the way I feel after a workout.
My problem is...and it's a big deal for me, is trying to eat my calories per day.
I'm not an eater, I only eat once a day so having to eat 3 times a day plus snacks is killing me lol.
I've taken a liking to Oats so I will start them for brekkey daily but then only a few hours later its time for more food,
And the struggle begins....
All over I'm having the best time, finding strength and muscles I didn't know excited is a pretty good feeling.
Anyone else out there having the same issues as me? I would love to hear from you
Anyways, stay strong and motivated and let's come out of this fit healthy and living longer
Kristy xx

It's called developing habits. It takes time, but after you do it a while it will become old hat.
Add me if you like honest upfront support. I will be glad to help yopu.
I ALWAYS recommend reading Forks Over Knives to newbiew, lol0 -
Hi there!
I've had the same issues-- not eating once a day, but being drastically under-calories which can put your body into starvation mode. Try eating more nutritious calorie-dense foods when you /do/ eat, even if it's not the "right" number of meals you're supposed to have a day.
Honestly, poedunk65 is right; it really is about developing it into a habit.0
