For those who are struggling, I just want to say, keep trying and try not to stress (much easier said than done) about it!

With all the advice out there and everyone's own rules, tips, dos and don'ts, it's easy to get overwhelmed and give up. DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU AND STICK WITH IT.

- If you can stick with a low/no carb diet- then keep at it! If you can't, don't worry about it, you're like most of us.
- If you excel with weight lifting and feel great and are thus able to eat 2,000 calories or more a day- awesome!
- If you're like me and running is a stress reliever and you love it and that's what keeps you in shape- stay with it.
- If you hate exercise and it's easier to stick with low calories- that's fine too.
-If you like to count macros and like to log, record, chart every single thing- then keep doing it. If you hate doing that sort of thing, then don't!

I just think we can get so overwhelmed with trying to get into shape with county calories, counting macros, making sure we get in every muscle group when we work out and doing strength training, cardio, cross-fit, etc. Just find what works for you, and that's what's important. No diet OR workout is a good fit for everyone. Don't stress about not fitting every little thing in when it comes to getting in shape.
