I know that we all talk about portion sizes and being shocked how little that tablespoon of peanut butter is, but has anyone actually been able to eat more? I find with my proteins especially I am always under estimating the amount. My idea of a 3/4 ounce portion was about 2oz. Even veggies I stand there and say that is a ton!! My problem is when it comes to pasta and carbs and eating too much of that.

Yes, I was drastically underestimating what I was eating. Having a scale has helped a lot.0
